1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

ph235 is not responsible for: failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including internet service provider failures, telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events; losses resulting from theft, unauthorized access, or hacking of your account if you failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials; gambling losses resulting from your own decisions and gameplay; or third-party content, services, or links provided through our platform.

10. INDEMNIFICATION
